Cellular Respiration
C6H12O6 + 6O2 --> energy + 6CO2 + 6H2O This is the process in which you eat. The glucose [C6H12O6] you eat from your food (which is either the plant, otherwise known as a producer, or a consumer that ate the plant), as well as the oxygen [6O2] you breathe in, is turned into energy that you use to do the things you do every day. In result, the waste products that you produce is the carbon dioxide [6CO2] you breathe out (which ends up going back to the plants; the carbon cycle) and the liquids [6H2O] (water/toxins) you pee out. This process occurs in the mitochondria.
